Before selection, we confirm the target workflow, period, deliverables and data handling in writing so expectations are clear.
Included at no fee
Initial interview, prototype design and development within the agreed scope, and a defined number of improvements during testing.
Pass-through costs
If third-party AI, cloud or messaging fees are needed, we explain them before the pilot begins.
Discussed separately
Production rollout, additional core-system integrations, out-of-scope development and ongoing support. No further contract is required.
Data and confidentiality
We can sign an NDA and, in principle, do not collect personal or confidential data that is unnecessary for validation.
